Eligibility
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the invoice or proof of purchase.
- Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
How to request a return
Go to My Account → Orders and choose Return / Replace, or email us. Once your request is approved we will tell you how and where to send the item.
Damaged or defective items are covered by our Replacement Policy; refunds follow our Refund Policy.
